Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. Custom-made, engraved, resized, or altered items cannot be returned. Earrings are only returnable if faulty, for hygiene reasons.

Store Credit
Refunds are not available for change of mind. Approved returns will be issued as store credit, valid for 6 months. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Processing Fees
Please note that non-recoverable costs such as airport courier fees and processing charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved return.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or develops a suspected fault. Items will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection. If a fault is confirmed, we will provide a repair, replacement, or store credit in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If no fault is found, no remedy will be provided.

Product Queries
Any concerns about quality, condition, or performance will be assessed by the manufacturer. Manufacturer inspection determines the appropriate resolution.
