ELIGABLE PURCHASES

All in-stock jewellery over $4,000 is eligible for tax-free purchasing. If your desired piece is not available, we can arrange a special order with sufficient notice to ensure you still enjoy the benefit. Purchases under $4,000 are not eligible for tax-free status.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

To complete your tax-free purchase, please provide your flight details (flight number, date, and time of departure), and a valid passport.

TAX REBATE

With our tax-free shopping, there’s no need to reclaim GST after your purchase. You pay the GST-exclusive price upfront in-store, and we take care of all the required documentation on your behalf.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We proudly accept all major payment methods, including Mastercard, American Express, WeChat Pay, and Alipay, with complete transparency and no hidden fees. In accordance with New Zealand law, we can accept cash payments up to $10,000 NZD.
