Tax-free shopping applies to all in-stock jewellery. Should your preferred piece be unavailable, we can facilitate a special order with adequate notice to ensure you can enjoy tax-free purchasing. To qualify, a minimum spend of NZD 4,000 applies.

What we require

To complete your tax-free purchase, please provide your flight details (flight number, date, and time of departure), and a valid passport.

Tax Rebate

With our tax-free shopping, there’s no need to reclaim GST after your purchase. You pay the GST-exclusive price upfront in-store, and we take care of all the required documentation on your behalf.

Payment options

We proudly accept all major payment methods, including Mastercard, American Express, WeChat Pay, and Alipay, with complete transparency and no hidden fees. In accordance with New Zealand law, we can accept cash payments up to $10,000 NZD.

How does Tax-free work?

When your purchase value is $4000 (including GST) or over, you will be eligible for the tax free collection. Let us know your international travel details and pay the tax-free price.

With confirmed payment and flight details we will provide you with your collection authorisation and arrange delivery of your jewellery to the Airport ready for you to collect once you have checked in.
