  • For your tax-free purchase, please provide your passport number, your outgoing flight number, and your travel date and time.

  • Yes, we are happy to facilitate tax-free airport collection, even at short notice. If you’re departing the following day, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Tax-free airport collection is available for purchases of NZD $4,000 or more. We’re unable to offer tax-free processing for orders below this minimum spend.
